All participants, including speakers and chair-persons, must submit completed registration forms.

Copy-past copies of Registration forms in Microsoft Word 2003 format, information about your hotel reservations made in Bulgarian Travel Company and all questions about information and support must be sent by e-mail or mail to:

Registration fee
Paid before April 10, 2008                   € 250
From April 11, 2008                             € 320

If the payment is delayed by Organisation Committee fault the registration fee will be €250.

Visas requirements

The registration fee includes:

· Access to all sessions

· Conference proceedings

· Coffee and tea during breaks

· Welcome Drink at the Conference Hall in Dobrotitsa Hotel (near Kaliakra Hotel)

· Gala Dinner in restaurant "The old house " (June 12)

 

Participation fee without presentations:      € 100

Cancellation
Notification of cancellation must be in writing. By cancellation before May 5, 2008 the registration fee except a cancellation charge of EUR 80 will be refunded. By cancellation after this date there will be no refund.

Credit cannot be given for unattended events.

Any refunds will be processed after the congress. Refund claims must include bank address and account number for money transfers.
